Les Enfoirés 2011... It's on!

Rumour of a new EP...

Alizee store re-opens...
Alizee sent out a message saying her store is re-opening today. It has been re-designed, and features a much cleaner new look. There are also a couple of new items in the store, including a cat themed scarf and a new t-shirt design.

This year, as usual, there is no advance list of artists who will be performing. Also as usual, it is very much assumed that Alizée will be a part of it.

As I said in my previous post, I will be updating the blog by giving it a new look, and new name. This is phase 1 of the change. I think it looks cleaner than the previous version. I’ll try it out for a few days and see how it holds up.

Issue with blog videos....
As you may or may not have noticed, Youtube had deactivated all my videos posted to the 2010alizee Youtube account. That means that most of the videos on my blog are no longer active.

Alizée confirms tour...... No firm dates
On the weekend Alizée confirmed she will be touring this year. She mentioned Shanghai and Paris as planned tour stops, but still gave no indication of dates or venues. All that was mentioned for a time line was “later this year” or “Toward the end of the year” (Translated quote).
We know this will be huge news for the Alizée community, and I will keep my eyes and ears...

Les Collines (Never Leave You) was released March 19th. That was over 4 months ago. Most artists release a follow-up single within 2 months of the first being released. Why not Alizée? I blame her record company. Jive Epic (See Sony) is used to dealing with the likes of Britney Spears and Michael Jackson.
